관세법 제293조(조서의 대용)

① 현행범인에 대한 조사로서 긴급히 처리할 필요가 있을 때에는 그 주요 내용을 적은 서면으로 조서를 대신할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 서면에는 연월일시와 장소를 적고 조사를 한 사람과 피의자가 이에 서명날인하여야 한다.
