관세법 제52조(덤핑 및 실질적 피해등의 조사)

① 제51조에 따른 덤핑 사실과 실질적 피해등의 사실에 관한 조사는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따른다.

② 재정경제부장관은 덤핑방지관세를 부과할 때 관련 산업의 경쟁력 향상, 국내 시장구조, 물가안정, 통상협력 등을 고려할 필요가 있는 경우에는 이를 조사하여 반영할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.20, 2025.10.1>
