관세사법 제13조(품위유지 및 성실 의무 등)

① 관세사는 이 법과 「관세법」 및 이 법과 「관세법」에 따른 명령을 준수하여야 하며 통관업을 성실하고 공정하게 수행하여야 한다. <개정 2017.12.30>
