광산피해의 방지 및 복구에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(부담금 산정기준 등)

①법 제24조에 따른 부담금 산정기준은 별표 4와 같다. <개정 2015.9.25, 2022.6.14>

③제2항의 이의신청을 받은 산업통상부장관은 이의신청을 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 그 결과를 이의 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

④제3항에 따른 결정에 불복이 있는 자는 이에 대하여 행정심판을 청구할 수 있다.
