광산피해의 방지 및 복구에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조(부담금의 분할납부)

1. 첫 번째 분할납부하는 차액금에 포함되는 이자금액 : 산업통상부장관이 부담금 전액을 기초로 하여 정한 납기만료일의 다음날부터 1회의 분할납부기한까지의 일수에 대하여 시중은행의 1년만기 정기예금의 평균 수신금리를 고려하여 산업통상부장관이 매년 정하여 고시하는 이자율(이하 "적정이자율"이라 한다)을 적용하여 산출한 금액으로 한다.

2. 두 번째 이후 분할납부하는 차액금에 포함되는 이자금액 : 분할납부하는 차액금 총액에서 직전 회까지 납부한 분할납부 차액금의 합계액을 차감한 잔액을 기초로 하여 직전 회의 분할납부기한의 다음날부터 각 회분의 분할납부기한까지의 일수에 대하여 적정이자율을 적용하여 산출한 금액으로 한다.
