광산피해의 방지 및 복구에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(사업계획의 승인절차 등)

①산업통상부장관은 사업계획의 승인신청을 받은 때에는 특별한 사정이 없는 한 사업계획의 승인신청을 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 그 승인 여부를 통지하여야 한다. 사업계획의 변경승인신청의 경우에는 변경승인신청을 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 그 변경승인 여부를 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.3.30, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 처리기간에 사업계획의 승인 또는 변경승인 여부를 통지하지 아니한 경우에는 사업계획을 승인 또는 변경승인한 것으로 본다. <신설 2011.3.30>

③산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따라 사업계획을 승인 또는 변경승인한 때 및 제2항에 따라 사업계획을 승인 또는 변경승인한 것으로 보는 때에는 그 내용을 관계중앙행정기관의 장과 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.3.30, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
