광산피해의 방지 및 복구에 관한 법률 제20조(토지등의 출입 등)

①광해방지사업자는 가행광산ㆍ휴지광산 및 폐광산의 광해방지시설의 조사ㆍ설치ㆍ유지 및 안전관리를 위하여 필요한 때에는 다른 사람의 토지 또는 이에 정착하는 건물 그 밖의 공작물에 출입하거나 일시사용할 수 있으며, 특히 필요한 때에는 식물등을 변경 또는 제거할 수 있다.

②「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제130조제2항 내지 제9항 및 제131조의 규정은 제1항의 경우에 이를 준용한다.
