광업법 제76조(부담부분과 상환청구)

①제75조제2항에 따른 연대채무자 상호 간의 부담부분은 같은 것으로 추정한다.

②제75조제3항의 경우에 광업권을 양수한 자 또는 손해 발생 후의 조광권자가 배상의 의무를 이행한 경우에는 같은 조 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 손해를 배상할 자에게 상환을 청구할 수 있다. 제75조제4항에 따라 광업권자가 배상의 의무를 이행한 때에도 또한 같다.
