광업법 제92조(광업조정위원회)

①제90조에 따른 이의신청을 의결하기 위하여 산업통상부에 광업조정위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

②위원회의 위원은 광업에 관한 학식과 경험이 있는 자로 한다.

(2) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 mining.마이닝

③위원회의 구성ㆍ기능ㆍ운영과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
