교과용 도서에 관한 규정 제26조(수정)

①교육부장관은 교과용 도서의 내용을 수정할 필요가 있다고 인정될 때에는 국정도서의 경우에는 이를 수정하고, 검정도서의 경우에는 저작자 또는 발행자에게 수정을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.11.25>

②제16조의 규정에 의하여 인정도서의 인정을 한 교육부장관은 인정도서의 내용을 검토하여 수정이 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 당해 인정도서의 저작자에게 수정을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

③교과용 도서를 편찬하거나 발행하는 자는 「국어기본법」 제18조에 따른 어문규범을 준수해야 한다. <개정 2009.8.18, 2025.11.25>
