2. 당기말 현재의 계약자적립액, 발생사고요소와 비상위험준비금ㆍ해약환급금(중도해약으로 인하여 지급한 금액 중 미경과보험료에 해당하는 금액을 말한다)ㆍ출재보험료(제4조제2항제5호에 따른 보험료에 관계되는 출재보험료를 제외한다)의 합계액. 다만, 당기 중에 다음 각 목에 해당하는 금액이 발생한 경우에는 해당 금액을 당기에 한정하여 당기말 계약자적립액 및 발생사고요소에 가산한다.
