교통안전법 시행령 제43조(시험의 일부 면제 등)

① 법 제53조제4항제1호에 따른 시험의 일부 면제 대상자와 면제되는 시험과목은 별표 7과 같다.

② 법 제53조제4항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 실무경험이 있는 자"란 별표 8에서 정하는 실무경험 요건을 갖춘 자를 말한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.9.7>

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 해당하는 자로서 시험의 일부를 면제받으려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 서류를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
