교통안전법 시행령 제47조(교통문화지수의 조사 항목 등)

① 법 제57조제1항에 따른 교통문화지수(이하 "교통문화지수"라 한다)의 조사 항목은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

② 교통문화지수는 기초지방자치단체별 교통안전 실태와 교통사고 발생 정도를 조사하여 산정한다. 다만, 도로교통분야 외의 분야는 국토교통부장관이 조사방법을 다르게 정하여 조사할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

③ 국토교통부장관은 교통문화지수를 조사하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 자료 및 의견의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
