교통약자의 이동편의 증진법 시행령 제18조(보행우선구역의 지정 해제 등)

① 시장이나 군수는 법 제20조제1항에 따라 보행우선구역으로 지정된 지역의 도로노선이 변경되거나 해당 지역이 재개발되는 등 그 지정 목적이 상실되었다고 인정되는 경우에는 보행우선구역의 지정을 해제할 수 있다.

② 시장이나 군수는 법 제20조제1항에 따라 지정된 보행우선구역의 규모를 10분의 1 이상 확대하거나 축소하는 경우에는 지정된 보행우선구역을 변경할 수 있다.

③ 시장이나 군수는 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 지정된 보행우선구역을 해제하거나 변경하려는 경우에는 해제사유 또는 변경사항을 관할 시 또는 군의 게시판과 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하고, 14일 이상 일반인이 열람할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 열람에 관하여는 제7조제2항 및 제3항을 준용한다.
