국ㆍ공유 부동산의 등기 촉탁에 관한 법률 제1조(목적)

이 법은 국가나 지방자치단체가 소유하는 부동산에 관하여 「부동산등기법」 제98조에 따른 등기의 촉탁(囑託)을 할 관서를 지정하여 부동산물권의 득실변경(得失變更)을 정확히 함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2011.4.12>
