Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on National Geospatial Information, Article 17 (Standardization of Geospatial Information, etc.)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제21조에 따른 공간정보와 관련한 표준의 제정 및 관리를 위하여 관리기관과 협의체를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.6.1>

② 협의체는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 법 제21조제4항에 따라 표준에 대한 의견을 제시하거나 기술기준에 관하여 협의할 때에는 전문위원회의 검토를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.6.1>
