국가공무원 복무규정 제13조의5(보고)

① 공무국외출장자등은 목적지에 도착하면 즉시 소속 장관에게 도착신고를 해야 한다. <개정 2024.7.2>

② 공무국외출장자등은 국외에서 업무수행 중 특수한 사정이 발생하였거나 지정된 기일 내에 목적을 수행하지 못할 경우에는 즉시 소속 장관에게 보고하고, 그 지시를 받아야 한다. <개정 2024.7.2>

③ 재외공관장은 공무국외출장자등의 언행이 국위(國威)를 손상하거나 대한민국 국민으로서 품위를 훼손한다고 인정되는 경우에는 즉시 외교부장관에게 보고하여야 하며, 외교부장관은 이를 소속 장관에게 통보하여야 한다.
