국가공무원 복무규정 제13조의6(보고서 제출 및 등록)

① 공무국외출장등을 마치고 귀국한 공무국외출장자등은 30일 이내에 인사혁신처장이 정하는 사항이 포함된 공무국외출장등의 결과보고서를 소속 장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 소속 장관은 제1항에 따라 제출받은 공무국외출장등의 결과보고서를 제출받은 날부터 15일 이내 인사혁신처가 구축한 정보유통망에 등록하여야 한다. 다만, 국가기밀의 보호, 보안유지 등을 위하여 필요한 경우로서 소속 장관이 그 사유를 구체적으로 밝혀 인사혁신처장에게 통보한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2017.3.20>

③ 공무국외출장자등은 출장 결과 중 외교 업무와 관련된 사항이 있는 경우에는 귀국 후 14일 이내에 해당 사항을 서면으로 외교부장관에게 통보하거나 보고하여야 한다.

④ 인사혁신처장 및 그 밖의 소속 장관은 공무국외출장등으로 수집된 정보의 공동활용을 위하여 지방자치단체의 장, 지방의회의 의장과 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관의 장에게 그 소속 직원의 공무국외출장등의 결과보고서를 제2항 본문에 따른 정보유통망에 등록하도록 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2021.11.30>
