국가교육위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(국민의견의 수렴ㆍ조정 결과에 대한 재심의 절차 등)

① 관계기관의장등은 법 제13조제4항에 따라 국가교육위원회에 재심의를 요청할 때에는 처리결과를 통보받은 날부터 30일 이내에 구체적인 요청 사유를 적은 재심의요청서를 국가교육위원회에 제출해야 한다.

② 국가교육위원회는 제1항에 따른 재심의를 요청받은 날부터 60일 이내에 재심의를 요청한 관계기관의장등에게 재심의 결과를 통보해야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 30일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 국가교육위원회가 통보한 재심의 결과에 대해서는 다시 심의를 요청할 수 없다.

④ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 교육정책에 대한 국민의견 수렴ㆍ조정 등에 필요한 사항은 국가교육위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
