국가교육위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(특별위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제18조제1항에 따른 특별위원회(이하 "특별위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 21명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 특별위원회의 위원장은 제3항에 따른 특별위원회의 위원 중에서 국가교육위원회의 위원장이 지명한다.

③ 특별위원회의 위원은 교육 분야에 관한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 국가교육위원회의 위원장이 성별을 고려하여 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 special스페실 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Education에저케이션 Commission,커미션 taking테이킹 gender젠더 into인투 consideration,컨시더^r레이션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 expertise엑스퍼티즈 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð디 education에저케이션 field.^f필드

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 특별위원회의 구성에 필요한 사항은 국가교육위원회의 의결을 거쳐 국가교육위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
