Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Education Commission, Article 18 (Composition and Operation of Expert Committees)

① 법 제17조제1항에 따른 전문위원회(이하 "전문위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 구성한다.

② 전문위원회의 위원은 교육 분야에 관한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 국가교육위원회의 재적위원 과반수의 동의를 받아 국가교육위원회의 위원장이 성별을 고려하여 위촉한다.

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 an앤 expert엑스펏 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Education에저케이션 Commission,커미션 taking테이킹 gender젠더 into인투 consideration,컨시더^r레이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Education에저케이션 Commission,커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 expertise엑스퍼티즈 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð디 education에저케이션 field.^f필드

③ 제2항에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

④ 전문위원회의 회의는 전문위원회의 각 위원장이 국가교육위원회의 소관 사무에 대한 실무적인 자문이나 심의ㆍ의결 사항에 관한 사전검토 등이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 소집한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 국가교육위원회의 의결을 거쳐 국가교육위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
