Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Education Commission, Article 23 (Allowances, etc.)
위원ㆍ전문위원 및 관계 전문가 등에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당ㆍ여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되는 위원회 회의에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
Allowances and travel expenses may be paid to members, expert members, and relevant experts within budgetary limits. However, this does not apply where a public official attends a meeting of the Commission directly related to his or her affairs.
