국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제101조의4(신고의 경합 시 포상금의 지급방법)

① 하나의 부정행위에 대하여 2명 이상이 공동으로 신고한 경우에는 포상금을 균등하게 배분하여 지급한다. 다만, 포상금을 지급받을 사람이 배분방법에 관하여 미리 합의하여 포상금의 지급을 신청하는 경우에는 그 합의된 방법에 따라 지급한다.

② 하나의 부정행위에 대하여 2건 이상의 신고가 접수된 경우에는 최초로 신고한 사람에게 포상금을 지급한다.
