국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제88조의3(생업지원)

① 법 제68조의2제1항 후단에 따른 공공단체의 범위는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우로 한다.

③ 국가, 지방자치단체 및 제1항에 따른 기관이 법 제68조의2제1항에 따라 소관 공공시설에서 매점의 운영이나 자동판매기의 설치를 국가유공자와 그 유족 등에게 허가하기 위하여 「국유재산법」 제31조제1항 단서 또는 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」 제20조제2항 단서에 따라 소관 행정재산의 사용ㆍ수익을 허가하려는 경우에는 「국유재산법 시행령」 제27조제3항 또는 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령」 제13조제3항에 따른 수의계약으로 사용ㆍ수익자를 결정할 수 있다. <신설 2013.10.30>
