국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제94조의8(전문위원회 구성ㆍ운영 등)

① 법 제74조의7제3항에 따른 전문위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 7명의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 위원장이 임명하거나 위촉한다.

② 전문위원회의 위원장(이하 "전문위원장"이라 한다)은 제1항에 따른 위원 중에서 위원장이 지정한다.

③ 전문위원장은 전문위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committee커미티 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서
