Act on the Utilization and Fostering of National Supercomputing, Article 9 (National Supercomputing Center)

① 정부는 국가초고성능컴퓨팅의 육성과 그 활용을 촉진하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국가초고성능컴퓨팅센터를 설립 또는 지정할 수 있다.

④ 국가초고성능컴퓨팅센터는 제3항에 따른 사업의 추진실적을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하고, 과학기술정보통신부장관은 추진실적을 점검하여야 한다. <개정 2017.12.19>
