Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 40 (Changes to Multimodal Transfer Center Development Plans)
법 제45조제2항 후단 및 같은 조 제5항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 중요 사항을 변경하려는 경우"란 각각 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
The "cases of changing important matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the latter part of Article 45 (2) and Article 45 (5) of the Act means, in each case, cases falling under any of the following:
1. 복합환승센터의 사업시행자 또는 지정 목적을 변경하려는 경우
1. Where the project operator or the designation purpose of the multimodal transfer center is to be changed;
2. 복합환승센터 지정 면적의 100분의 10 이상을 변경하려는 경우
2. Where 10/100 or more of the designated area of the multimodal transfer center is to be changed;
3. 복합환승센터 건축연면적의 100분의 10 이상을 변경하거나 복합환승센터 시설용지의 용도를 변경하려는 경우
3. Where 10/100 or more of the total building floor area of the multimodal transfer center is to be changed or the use of the facility site of the multimodal transfer center is to be changed;
4. 복합환승센터의 연계교통시설을 위한 계획 및 환승시설의 위치ㆍ규모 등을 변경하려는 경우
4. Where the plan for connecting transport facilities of the multimodal transfer center and the location and scale, etc. of transfer facilities are to be changed.
