국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제45조(복합환승센터 지정의 해제)
Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 45 (Release of Designation of Multimodal Transfer Centers)
① 법 제48조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 3년을 말한다.
(1) The "period prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 48 (1) of the Act means three years.
② 지정권자는 법 제48조제2항에 따라 복합환승센터의 지정을 해제하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 명시하여 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다.
(2) Where the designating authority intends to release the designation of a multimodal transfer center pursuant to Article 48 (2) of the Act, it shall consult with the heads of related administrative agencies, specifying the following:
1. 지정 해제의 사유 및 내용
1. Grounds for and content of release of designation;
2. 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제36조에 따른 용도지역의 환원 또는 변경에 관한 사항
2. Matters concerning restoration or change of the use zone under Article 36 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act.
③ 지정권자는 법 제48조제1항 및 같은 조 제2항에 따라 복합환승센터의 지정이 해제된 것으로 보거나 해제된 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고시하여야 한다.
(3) Where the designation of a multimodal transfer center is deemed released or has been released under Article 48 (1) and (2) of the Act, the designating authority shall publicly notify the following:
1. 지정이 해제되는 복합환승센터의 명칭
1. Name of the multimodal transfer center whose designation is released;
2. 지정이 해제되는 복합환승센터의 위치 및 면적
2. Location and area of the multimodal transfer center whose designation is released;
3. 복합환승센터 지정 해제의 사유
3. Grounds for releasing the designation of the multimodal transfer center;
4. 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제36조에 따른 용도지역의 환원 또는 변경 여부
4. Whether the use zone under Article 36 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act is restored or changed;

5. Method of inspecting relevant documents.
