국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제65조(공동부담금의 징수)

① 복합환승센터관리기관은 법 제67조제2항에 따라 복합환승센터입주업체가 공동으로 사용하는 공동시설에 대한 부담금을 복합환승센터입주업체의 공동시설 사용에 따른 수익의 정도에 따라 징수할 수 있다. 다만, 그 수익의 정도를 산출하기 어려울 때에는 그 비용 전체를 복합환승센터입주업체의 용지면적, 건축연면적 및 종업원 수에 따라 산출한 부담비율에 따라 징수한다.
