국고금 관리법 시행령 제63조(질권의 등록)

① 등록재정증권에 대하여 질권의 설정 또는 전질(轉質)의 등록을 하려면 당사자 양쪽이 기명날인한 질권 등록신청서를 한국은행에 제출하여야 한다.

② 질권에 관한 등록사항을 변경하거나 말소하는 경우 제1항을 준용한다. 다만, 말소의 사유를 증명할 수 있는 서면을 첨부하거나 질권자가 말소를 신청하는 경우에는 당사자 어느 한쪽의 청구에 의하여 말소할 수 있다.
