국민기초생활 보장법 제18조의6(고용촉진)

① 보장기관은 수급자 및 차상위자의 고용을 촉진하기 위하여 상시근로자의 일정비율 이상을 수급자 및 차상위자로 채용하는 기업에 대하여는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제18조제3항 각 호에 해당하는 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.1, 2014.12.30>
