국민기초생활 보장법 제18조의7(자활기금의 적립)

① 보장기관은 이 법에 따른 자활지원사업의 원활한 추진을 위하여 자활기금을 적립한다. <개정 2019.1.15>

② 보장기관은 자활지원사업의 효율적 추진을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 자활기금의 관리ㆍ운영을 자활복지개발원 또는 자활지원사업을 수행하는 비영리법인에 위탁할 수 있다. 이 경우 그에 드는 비용은 보장기관이 부담한다. <개정 2019.1.15>

③ 제1항에 따른 자활기금의 적립에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
