국민연금과 직역연금의 연계에 관한 법률 제3조(적용범위 등)

① 이 법은 제8조에 따라 연계 신청을 한 자의 연계급여에 대하여 적용한다.

③ 연계급여에 대하여 이 법에서 정하고 있거나 이 법을 따르도록 한 사항을 제외하고는 각 연금법에 따른다.
