국방전직교육원법 시행령 제9조(공무원의 파견요청 등)

① 원장은 법 제21조에 따라 공무원의 파견을 요청할 때에는 파견요청사유ㆍ파견기간ㆍ파견인원 및 자격요건 등을 기재한 파견요청서를 국방부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 교육원에 파견된 사람은 파견기간 중 교육원에서 정하는 바에 따라 복무하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 파견된 공무원에 대하여 수당을 지급하려는 경우 그 지급기준은 교육원의 정관으로 정한다. 다만, 그 지급기준은 「공무원임용령」 제41조제8항에 따라 인사혁신처장이 정하는 기준을 초과해서는 아니 된다.
