국세기본법 제12조(송달의 효력 발생)

① 제8조에 따라 송달하는 서류는 송달받아야 할 자에게 도달한 때부터 효력이 발생한다. 다만, 전자송달의 경우에는 송달받을 자가 지정한 전자우편주소에 입력된 때(국세정보통신망에 저장하는 경우에는 저장된 때)에 그 송달을 받아야 할 자에게 도달한 것으로 본다.
