① 국세상담센터 하부조직의 설치와 분장사무는 「책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률」 제15조제2항에 따라 같은 법 제10조에 따른 기본운영규정으로 정한다. <개정 2016.5.10>

② 「책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률」 제16조제1항 후단에 따라 국세상담센터에 두는 공무원의 종류별ㆍ계급별 정원은 이를 종류별 정원으로 통합하여 재정경제부령으로 정하고, 직급별 정원은 같은 법 시행령 제16조제2항에 따라 같은 법 제10조에 따른 기본운영규정으로 정한다. <개정 2016.5.10, 2025.12.30>
