Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management and Administration of State-Owned Forests, Article 2 (Handover of State-Owned Forests Whose Use Has Been Abolished)

산림청장 외의 다른 중앙관서의 장이 「국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조제2항 본문에 따라 용도를 폐지한 국유림을 산림청장에게 인계하는 때에는 그 국유림에 관한 다음 각 호의 서류를 함께 인계하여야 한다. <개정 2008.8.27>
