국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제22조(대부료등의 분할납부 등)

①법 제23조제2항 전단에 따라 대부료등을 분할납부하게 하려는 경우에는 대부료등이 50만원을 초과하는 경우에만 연 12회 이내로 분할납부하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 남은 금액에 대해서는 「국유재산법 시행령」 제30조제5항 후단에 따른 고시이자율을 적용하여 산출한 이자를 붙여야 한다. <개정 2015.9.22, 2018.4.10, 2020.7.31, 2021.12.14, 2023.8.1>

②법 제23조제2항 후단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액 이상인 경우"란 연간 대부료등이 1천만원 이상인 경우를 말하고, "대통령령으로 정하는 금액의 범위"란 연간 대부료등의 100분의 50에 해당하는 금액을 말한다. <개정 2018.4.10>
