Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management and Administration of State-Owned Forests, Article 5-2 (Matters for Deliberation by the Central Mountainous District Management Committee)

법 제7조의2제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 국유림의 경영관리 및 처분 등에 관한 산림청장의 요청사항"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 준보전국유림의 매각 또는 교환에 관한 사항을 말한다. 다만, 관계 법령에 따라 중앙산지관리위원회의 심의를 받은 경우는 제외한다.
