국유재산법 제73조의3(소멸시효)

State Property Act, Article 73-3 (Extinctive Prescription)

① 이 법에 따라 금전의 급부를 목적으로 하는 국가의 권리는 5년간 행사하지 아니하면 시효의 완성으로 소멸한다.

② 제73조제2항의 권리의 소멸시효는 다음 각 호의 사유로 인하여 중단된다.

③ 제2항에 따라 중단된 소멸시효는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나의 기간이 지난 때부터 새로 진행한다.
