Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Creation of and Support for the International Science Business Belt, Article 9 (Council)

① 협의회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 30명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(1) The^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 up업 to투 30 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

② 협의회의 위원장은 제8조에 따른 사무기구의 장이 된다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 under언더 Article아터클 8.

③ 위원장이 아닌 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 협의회의 위원장이 위촉하는 사람으로 한다.

2. 지구 내 연구기관, 산업단지의 관리기구 및 입주기업 등 관련 기관 및 단체에서 추천하는 임직원

④ 협의회는 다음 각 호의 사항에 관하여 협의한다.

⑤ 협의회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 협의회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 과학기술정보통신부 소속 3급 공무원 또는 4급 공무원 중에서 과학기술정보통신부장관이 지명한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

⑥ 협의회의 위원장은 협의회의 사무를 총괄하고, 필요하다고 인정하거나 위원의 요구가 있을 때에 협의회를 소집할 수 있다.

⑦ 협의회는 국제과학비즈니스벨트 안의 관련 기관 및 단체의 공동발전 방안에 관한 중요 협의사항에 대하여 위원회에 의견을 제출할 수 있다.

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 협의회의 위원장이 정한다.
