국제기구 분담금 관리에 관한 법률 제5조(국제기구 분담금 심의위원회)

① 국제기구 분담금 관리에 관한 주요사항을 심의ㆍ조정하기 위하여 외교부장관 소속으로 국제기구 분담금 심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) A어 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 on안 Assessed어세스트 Contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 to투 International인터내셔늘 Organizations오거너제이션즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Foreign^f포^r런 Affairs어^f페어즈 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 coordinate코오더넛 major메이저 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 assessed어세스트 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 to투 international인터내셔늘 organizations.오거너제이션즈

② 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ조정한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 coordinate코오더넛 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

③ 위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 위원장은 외교부 차관이 되고, 위원은 관계 중앙행정기관 소속 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 및 국제기구에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 외교부장관이 임명하거나 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chair;체어 the^ð더 chair체어 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Foreign^f포^r런 Affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Foreign^f포^r런 Affairs어^f페어즈 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Senior시니어 Executive이그제큐티^v브 Service서^v비스 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 concerning컨서닝 international인터내셔늘 organizations.오거너제이션즈

④ 그 밖에 위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
