국제민사사법공조법 제14조((移送))

제13조의 규정에 의하여 사법공조촉탁서를 송부받은 법원은 수탁사항이 그 관할에 속하지 아니할 경우 결정으로 관할법원에 이송하고, 그 사실을 법원행정처장에게 통지하여야 한다.
