국제수형자이송법 제3조(조약과의 관계)

국제수형자이송은 대한민국과 외국간에 조약이 체결되어 있는 경우에 한하여 이 법과 그 조약이 정하는 바에 따라 실시한다. 이 경우 조약에 이 법과 다른 규정이 있는 때에는 그 조약의 규정에 의한다.
