국토기본법 시행령 제12조(국토정책위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제27조제3항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 중앙행정기관의 장"이란 재정경제부장관, 교육부장관, 과학기술정보통신부장관, 국방부장관, 행정안전부장관, 문화체육관광부장관, 농림축산식품부장관, 산업통상부장관, 기후에너지환경부장관, 해양수산부장관, 기획예산처장관 및 산림청장을 말한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

② 법 제26조제1항에 따른 국토정책위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "chairperson")체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Land랜드 Policy팔러시 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 26 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee")커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 정한 부위원장 순서로 그 직무를 대행하고, 위원장과 부위원장이 모두 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 in인 the^ð디 order오더 determined디터먼드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 where웨어 both보우^θ스 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairpersons체어퍼슨즈 are아 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 their^ð데어 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

④ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑤ 위원장은 위원회의 회의 개최 7일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 심의 안건을 위원회의 위원에게 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우에는 회의 일시 등을 회의 전날까지 통보할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 date,데잇 time타임 and앤드 place플레이스 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð디 agenda어젠다 items아이텀즈 for^f포 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting.미팅 However,하우에^v버 where웨어 there^ð데어 are아 urgent얼전트 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð더 date데잇 and앤드 time타임 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting,미팅 etc.엣세터^r러 may메이 be비 notified노우터^f파이드 by바이 the^ð더 day데이 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting.미팅

⑥ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 위원회에 위원회의 사무를 처리할 간사 1명을 두며, 국토교통부 소속 3급 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 지명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
