국토기본법 시행령 제14조(전문위원의 자격 등)

① 법 제28조제3항에 따라 위원회에 두는 전문위원의 수는 3명 이내로 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 전문위원의 자격 및 업무 등에 관한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
