국회미래연구원법 제24조(업무상저작물 처리규정의 마련 등)

① 미래연구원은 「저작권법」 제2조제31호에 따른 업무상저작물에 관한 처리규정을 마련하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 처리규정에는 업무상저작물의 범위 및 저작권 귀속 등에 관한 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 미래연구원은 업무를 법인, 단체 또는 개인에게 용역위탁을 하는 경우 그 용역결과물의 저작자와 저작권 귀속에 관한 사항을 계약내용에 포함하여야 한다.
