국회미래연구원법 제8조(임원의 임기)

① 임원의 임기는 4년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.

② 임원의 결원으로 인하여 새로 위촉되거나 임명된 임원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 an앤 officer오^f퍼서 newly눌리 commissioned커미션드 or오 appointed어포인티드 owing오우잉 to투 a어 vacancy^v베이컨시 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor's프^r레더세서즈 term.텀

③ 임기가 만료된 임원은 그 후임자가 위촉되거나 임명될 때까지 그 직무를 행한다.
