국회법 제74조(산회)

① 의사일정에 올린 안건의 의사가 끝났을 때에는 의장은 산회를 선포한다.

② 산회를 선포한 당일에는 회의를 다시 개의할 수 없다. 다만, 내우외환, 천재지변 또는 중대한 재정ㆍ경제상의 위기, 국가의 안위에 관계되는 중대한 교전 상태나 전시ㆍ사변 또는 이에 준하는 국가비상사태로서 의장이 각 교섭단체 대표의원과 합의한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
