국회법 제83조(관련위원회 회부)

① 의장은 소관 위원회에 안건을 회부하는 경우에 그 안건이 다른 위원회의 소관 사항과 관련이 있다고 인정할 때에는 관련위원회에 그 안건을 회부하되, 소관 위원회와 관련위원회를 명시하여야 한다. 안건이 소관 위원회에 회부된 후 다른 위원회로부터 회부 요청이 있는 경우 필요하다고 인정할 때에도 또한 같다.

(1) When웬 referring^r리^f퍼^r링 an앤 agenda어젠다 item아이텀 to투 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 committee,커미티 if이^f프 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 finds^f파인즈 that^ð댓 the^ð디 agenda어젠다 item아이텀 relates^r릴레잇츠 to투 matters매터즈 under언더 the^ð더 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 of어^v브 another어너^ð더 committee,커미티 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall섈 also올소 refer^r러^f퍼 it잇 to투 the^ð더 related^r릴레이티드 committee,커미티 specifying스페서^f파이잉 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 committee커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 related^r릴레이티드 committee.커미티 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 where,웨어 after애^f프터 an앤 agenda어젠다 item아이텀 has해즈 been빈 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 committee,커미티 another어너^ð더 committee커미티 requests^r리퀘스츠 its잇츠 referral^r리^f퍼^r럴 and앤드 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary.네서세^r리

② 의장이 제1항에 따라 관련위원회에 안건을 회부할 때에는 관련위원회가 소관 위원회에 의견을 제시할 기간을 정하여야 하며, 필요한 경우 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 소관 위원회는 관련위원회가 특별한 이유 없이 제2항의 기간 내에 의견을 제시하지 아니하는 경우 바로 심사보고를 할 수 있다.

(3) If이^f프 the^ð더 related^r릴레이티드 committee커미티 does더즈 not낫 present프^r레전트 its잇츠 opinion어피니언 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) without위^ð다웃 special스페실 reason,^r리즌 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 committee커미티 may메이 make메이크 its잇츠 examination이그재머네이션 report^r리포트 directly.더^r렉틀리

④ 소관 위원회는 관련위원회가 제2항에 따라 제시한 의견을 존중하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 committee커미티 shall섈 respect^r리스펙트 the^ð디 opinion어피니언 presented프^r리젠티드 by바이 the^ð더 related^r릴레이티드 committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

⑤ 소관 위원회는 제2항에 따라 관련위원회가 의견을 제시한 경우 해당 안건에 대한 심사를 마쳤을 때에는 의장에게 심사보고서를 제출하기 전에 해당 관련위원회에 그 내용을 송부하여야 한다.
